The Production process flow:

The production process of glass insulators in Jiangxi Huayao Electric Co.,Ltd is as follows:
Mix raw material=>melt glass liquid=>press to glass insulator shape=> tempering treatment=>cold and shock test=> Glue assembly=> routine test and other test=> Finished products package.

The tests have been performed in accordance with:

IEC 60383-1:2023 Insulators for overhead lines with a norminal voltage above 1000V
IEC 60120:2020 Dimensions of ball and socket couplings of string insulator units

5.Thermal shock test
Specified values
The test sample is heated to above the temperature of more than100 K, and then immersed in temperature which does not exceed 50C in water for more than 2 min.
Test condition
4. pieces glass insulators are heated to the temperature of 130C, 
the temperature of cold water25C, temperature difference 105K, keep in cold water for 2 min.
Test result
Samples are OK.
