160kN Open-profile / aerodynamic toughened glass insulators are specially designed for overhead power lines, perfectly adapted to dense urban areas and space-constrained working conditions. Balancing excellent electrical performance and practical structure, they are the ideal choice for high-demand power transmission scenarios.

The open-profile design breaks through the traditional pollution accumulation limitation, enabling easier and more efficient cleaning and maintenance. While ensuring reliable operation of power lines, it significantly reduces daily operation and maintenance costs, cuts labor and equipment investment, and is suitable for high-frequency inspection requirements.

With outstanding electrical and mechanical strength, they can easily handle complex working conditions such as heavy industrial loads, coastal salt spray, and desert drought. The skirt structure of the aerodynamic insulator can effectively reduce the deposition of filth.
