What is rate of Deterioration (self-explosion)?

Insulators shall have a very low rate of deterioration (self-detonation) under normal operating conditions. The deterioration (self-explosion) rate of insulators shall at least meet the requirements of DL/T 626-2015. For insulators with an average annual deterioration rate of more than 0.04 % within 3 years of operation, an average annual deterioration rate of more than 0.02% and an annual deterioration rate of more than 0.1 within 2 years of detection cycle, or obvious decline in electromechanical (mechanical) performance, the causes shall be analyzed and corresponding measures shall be taken.

After the glass insulators are put into operation, if the annual self-explosion rate is higher than 0.5 per cent in the first year, and it is determined that the batch of products has major quality problems, all the insulators of the batch shall be replaced.

Within 3 years after putting into operation, for porcelain insulators, the average annual deterioration rate is not more than 5/100,000, and the average annual self-explosion rate of glass insulators is not more than 1/10,000.

According to the relevant requirements of the 12th Five-Year Key Requirements for Preventing Electric Power Production Accidents (2023 Edition) (National Energy Development Safety [2023] No. 22), for UHV porcelain insulators, no less than 8 insulators of each type shall be selected for electromechanical damage load test during 2-4 years of operation, and the damage value shall not be less than the rated mechanical strength of the insulators.

The self-explosion rate of Jiangxi Huayao Electric Co., Ltd. is strictly controlled within 1/10,000.

Jiangxi Huayao Electric Co., Ltd. obtain ISO9001 quality management system, ISO45001 occupation health and safety management system, and other related certifications.
